In May, 2017 Sergey Serkin joined the Branan Legal team. As a senior lawyer Sergey will be responsible for the legal support of the capital issues.
Sergey has more than 16 years of the professional experience in the sphere or corporate law and capital markets. Previously Sergey worked as a Deputy Head of the legal department in Profconsult Group and as a Head of the Regional Registration Company, LLC branch office.

Sergey’s key competence is the complex support of shares and bonds issues, consolidation of stocks of shares, purchase of the shares from minors and interaction with The Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Sergey has delivered more than 200 projects in the sphere of corporate law so far, including the projects for such clients as Kubanenergo, Proton-Perm Engines, GEROFARM, Schneider Electric, Lengiprotrans, Sibneftegaz, Tyumenenergo, Science and Production Association of the Electrical engineering etc.
