On April 17-18, 2014 the tenth Legal Forum of the Vedomosti newspaper will be held in Moscow.
Business leaders, corporate lawyers, outside consultants as well as representatives of the judicial and legal manpower annually meet at the Forum to discuss topical issues of the Russian laws.
This year participants of the Forum will discuss the following issues:
- Legal consequences of deoffshorization process for Russian companies;
- Current situation and prospects for the venture market development in Russia;
- Financial market regulation;
- Reform of the judicial system;
and other important subjects.
Maxim Bunyakin will take the floor within the framework of the session devoted to the venture investment practice. In particular, Maxim will tell about efficient legal instruments for implementation of venture projects, practice of conclusion of shareholder agreements, participants, methods for minimization of risks of the project participants, etc.
