On November 23-24, 2016 the Managing Partner of Branan Legal Maksim Bunyakin and the Director of Corporate Practice of Branan Legal Julia Nenasheva held ‘Professional Community of Directors ‘Directorium’ Workshop on the theme “Practice of the Work of the Members of the Board of Directors’ at the site of the Association.
The speakers discussed the main practical aspects of the corporate governance, including:
– Planning of the work of the Board of Directors and monitoring implementation of decisions of the Board of Directors;
– Analysis and approaches to approval of major transactions and related party transactions, taking into account the amendments in the legislation entering into force on January 1, 2017;

– Responsibility of the Members of the Board of Directors, practical recommendations for its prevention and minimization.
