An educational workshop of the known consulting company in the sphere of the corporate and legal questions “Branan Legal” was held at JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie” (part of JSC United Instrument-making Corporation of State corporation Rostech). The seminar was held by Managing Partner Maxim Bunyakin in person. This event became an additional bonus which followed the victory of department of legal and corporate work of the concern in the international competition “Best Legal Departments-2015”.

On October 30 and November 06, 2015, in Exibition hall of PJSC “Corporation “Irkut”, a two day seminar of the Club of corporate secretaries of the companies of the Public joint stock company “United aircraft corporation” group took place, with the main thesis being “Novels of the corporate legislation and actual court practice tendencies”.

Currently the issue of corporate venture fund formation aiming to receive profit and scientific and technical development of the organization by means of investment in perspective projects becomes actual for the large companies. At the same time when implementing a corporate venture fund project the company faces a large number of questions, both legal and operational character.

Large-scale reforming of civil legislation, economic factors, new trends of development of legal business often change rules of the game for the companies – customers of legal services and consultants. Today legal consulting has to adopt as fast as possible to these new conditions to meet expectations of the clients. What changes happen in legal business, how to develop large projects by efforts of a small team, why consultants are more into friendship nowadays, what makes “venture” lawyers different from the others and how to enjoy work – about this and much more we spoke with Maxim Bunyakin, Managing Partner of Branan Legal.

On March 31, 2015, at Moscow Mariott Royal Aurora Hotel the Second (II) business seminar of The Moscow Times newspaper – Doing Business with China – took place. More than 90 participants attended the event, including representatives of the Government of the Russian Federation, state authorities and leading non-profit organisations, partners of large international companies, general and   commercial directors, heads and managers of business development departments, and members of the media.
