On March 24-25 Business-Platform IV ‘Own Generation at the Enterprise: Rate for Energy Efficiency, Continuity and Cost Savings’, took place, organized by REDENEX.

On the 9th of December Managing Partner of Branan Legal Maxim Bunyakin held a workshop “Novels of corporate law and actual legal issues” for employees of JSC «Concern «Sozvezdie».
An educational workshop of the known consulting company in the sphere of the corporate and legal questions “Branan Legal” was held at JSC “Concern “Sozvezdie” (part of JSC United Instrument-making Corporation of State corporation Rostech). The seminar was held by Managing Partner Maxim Bunyakin in person. This event became an additional bonus which followed the victory of department of legal and corporate work of the concern in the international competition “Best Legal Departments-2015”.
On December 03 in the course of an official ceremony the results of the “Pravo.ru-300” rating were summed up. Branan Legal again gained recognition of the national rating as the leading legal consultant if Russia in the field of corporate law/merger and acquisitions.
On October 30 and November 06, 2015, in Exibition hall of PJSC “Corporation “Irkut”, a two day seminar of the Club of corporate secretaries of the companies of the Public joint stock company “United aircraft corporation” group took place, with the main thesis being “Novels of the corporate legislation and actual court practice tendencies”.

On May 30, 2015, V St. Petersburg International Legal Forum has concluded its work showing the record number of delegates, exceeding 3 000 participants. The anniversary forum agenda included actual topics addressing the interests of the business and legal community.
