On the 9th of December Managing Partner of Branan Legal Maxim Bunyakin held a workshop “Novels of corporate law and actual legal issues” for employees of JSC «Concern «Sozvezdie».
In the course of the event amendments of legislation effected in 2015 were subject to discussion: corporate law, obligations’ regulation, actual questions of reorganization and approval of major and interested-party.
At the end of the workshop Head of Department of legal and corporate work I.A. Kosyakin thanked Branan Legal, stating that «the experience gained following the workshop shall be further used by the corporate lawyers and other employees of «Sozvezdie» in their work – aiming to increase the efficiency of the company’s legal support».
