On October 30 and November 06, 2015, in Exibition hall of PJSC “Corporation “Irkut”, a two day seminar of the Club of corporate secretaries of the companies of the Public joint stock company “United aircraft corporation” group took place, with the main thesis being “Novels of the corporate legislation and actual court practice tendencies”.
Managing Partner of Branan Legal Maxim Bunyakin, Directors of practice Julia Nenashyva and Dmitry Fedorchuk addressed the audience.
Relevant amendments of the corporate law, actual questions of undertaking major and interested-party transactions, issues of information disclosure were considered in the course of the seminar. Special attention was brought to the implementation of the new provisions on obligations.
The event was carried in the form of debates and discussion of practical issues arising in the course of companies’ operation.
